- How much are tickets?
Tickets start from £30. Standard tickets from £60. Premium from £125.
- When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent, via email, close to your performance date.
- Problems with booking?

- Do you offer group bookings?

- Are there any seats with restricted view?
District 11 Row A & C may be restricted view due to a safety rail.
- Where will the show be performed?
The Hunger Games: On Stage will take place at a brand-new, purpose built venue: Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre. Please visit our VENUE page for more information.
- Does the theatre have wheelchair access?
Yes, there will be step-free and wheelchair access for both transferring and non-transferring patrons. Step-free seating is available in districts 4 and 5. Wheelchair spaces will be in Districts 3 and 6. If you wish to register your interest to find out more about the venue’s access facilities, please opt-in to hear from the access team when you sign up for priority access here.
- Are there any bars or restaurants at the venue and where can i book this?
Yes, there will be a restaurant on site. Pre-theatre dining packages are available to purchase alongside your tickets. Direct booking will open at a later date – to hear more information on this please sign up to our mailing list here
- How do I get to Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre?
Canary Wharf is easily accessible via its many transport connections – Canary Warf is serviced by Jubilee line, DLR and Elizabeth UG lines. For more information on how to get to us and parking visit here
- Is there a cloakroom or bag policy?
There will be a cloakroom on site where guests can leave their bags and coats for a small charge. Larger suitcases will not be permitted in the auditorium. All bags will be searched prior to entry.
- Is this show linked to The Hunger Games film?
The Hunger Games: On Stage is based on Suzanne Collins’ first book and Lionsgate’s first motion picture “The Hunger Games”. It will follow the fearless heroine Katniss Everdeen on her journey of self-discovery.
- What dates will The Hunger Games: On Stage be playing?
Preview performances begin on 20th October and the official opening is on 13th November.
- What is the performance schedule
From 14th Nov: Tue – Sat 7.30pm, Fri, Sat & Sun 2.30pm Please note that performances during previews and across the Christmas and New Year period may differ.
- Will there be a VIP package?

- What is the difference between a preview and regular performance?
Previews are public performances of the show that take place before its official opening. The purpose of the preview is to allow the creative team time to identify small changes and opportunities for improvements or adjustments that are best identified with a live audience.
- What is the age rating/parental guidance for this show?
A good guide would be to check if you and your party are comfortable with the level of content within The Hunger Games films. We would recommend 12+. Under 3s not permitted. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Who will be in the cast?
Casting is to be confirmed but please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.
- Are there any special effects warnings for this show?
This production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe. There are depictions of murder and manslaughter and references to themes of death, grief and guilt. If you have any queries about effects in the show please contact: [email protected]
- What is the running time of the show?

- How do I get access tickets?
To help us provide the best possible service, KX Tickets have partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card; a universal way of communicating your access requirements as a disabled person.
To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we require all access bookers to provide us with a Nimbus registration number in order to qualify for any access discounts available at the time of booking.
Please join the Nimbus Access Scheme in advance, you can find the information you need on the Nimbus Access Card website. Please note it can take 7-10 days for your application to be processed at peak times.
When you sign up for a Nimbus account you have two options.
KX Tickets Access Scheme: This scheme is free of charge and will last for three years. Your Nimbus ID will be used to verify the individual needs for visiting one of our participating venues. This could be a wheelchair space, access to a hearing loop or a plus 1 companion ticket. All KX access card holders receive a discounted ticket, however discounted companion tickets will only be made available to those who qualify.
Access Card: The Access Card costs £15 and offers you all the benefits of the KX access scheme but on a national level. Access cards also last three years but can be used at other venues, attractions and stadiums around the country If you wish to register your interest to find out more about the venue’s access facilities please opt-in to hear from the access team when you sign up for priority access here.
- Will there be any captioned or audio assisted performances?
We are looking forward to presenting a range of assisted performances including Audio Described for ‘The Hunger Games: On Stage’, we are confirming dates for these and advise to check our website and/or socials to be the first to know, or for more access info please email: [email protected]
- Will there be accessible parking?
There is no accessible parking on site. There is a drop off point. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
- Do you allow Guide Dogs?
Trained and registered guide dogs will be permitted. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
- Is there car parking near the venue?
Canary Wharf has 6,000 car parking spaces of which 2,500 are in public car parks. Canary Wharf also provides pedal and motorcycle parking at several locations.
Canary Wharf has four underground public car parks, three of which lead directly into Cabot, Canada and Jubilee Place shopping malls.
Cabot Square Car Park: Entrance on Cooks Close (use E14 4AP for sat nav)
Canada Square Car Park: Entrance on Montgomery Street (use E14 5EW for sat nav)
Jubilee Place Car Park: Entrance on Bank Street (use E14 5NY for sat nav)
Westferry Circus Car Park: Entrance on West India Avenue (use E14 4HD for sat nav)Designated bays are available for disabled drivers (a valid blue badge must be clearly displayed within the windscreen of the vehicle – subject to Parking Charge Notice) and parents with children.
There is a height restriction of 2.0m in all car parks and all of the public car parks at Canary Wharf hold Park Mark safer parking awards.
Cashless Payments:
Our car parks do not accept cash payments. Please use a debit/credit card or contactless method to pay for your parking session.
