How It Works
1. Download the App & Join the Lottery
Anyone can enter the weekly lottery through our official app.

During sign-up, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like to enter for one or two tickets.
2. Enter Before Every Tuesday at Midnight BST?
Entries close every Tuesday at 11:59pm (GMT) for the following week’s performances.
3. Winners Are Selected on Wednesday
On Wednesday, our system randomly selects the winners for the upcoming performances.
Winners are notified via push notification in the app and email.
If initial winners don’t claim their tickets, additional waves of winners will be contacted.
Users will have 2 hrs to confirm their tickets.
4. Didn’t Win? Stay Tuned.
Over time, we may offer non-winners discounted ticket options—so keep an eye on your notifications.
5. New Week, New Chance
The next lottery cycle opens every Thursday at 12:01am (GMT). Enter again for another chance to win

FAQS
- What is the lottery?
A limited number of tickets per performance are available for just £30. Enter the lottery for a chance of purchasing one or two tickets at this great price
- Can I choose my seats?
No. Seats for lottery winners are pre-designated and cannot be changed. All seats are in district 1-10 and none of them have a restricted view.
- Can I change my date after I have paid for the seats?
No. All lottery tickets are non-exchangeable or refundable
- When will I find out if I have won?
The draw happens on Wednesdays for the following week’s performances. All winners are notified and have 2 hrs to pay for their tickets so allow notifications from the InYouGo app and check your emails! If you are not lucky then you will be informed of this, and do try again for the next week! Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favour.
- When do I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be visible in the app once we have received payment and confirmed the booking.
