FAQ’s

When will I receive my order?

Depending on the delivery method selected at checkout, Standard UK orders should take 3-5 working days to be delivered, whilst Express UK orders should only take 1-2 days. USA orders usually take 8-15 days.

Based on location or high post volumes, please allow extra 2 days during busier periods. Once your order is dispatched, you should receive a tracking link so that you can always stay updated of your order whereabouts. If we have a problem dispatching your order we will let you know. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us about a missing delivery.

Can I order outside the UK?

We currently offer UK and USA shipping. If you wish to order outside these two regions please contact us beforehand so we can try to accommodate your desired location.

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order for any reason, please send it back to us unused, within 14 days of receipt and in its original packaging when possible. Please contact us first using the form on this page, so that we can advise you on the next steps for the refund. Once received, we will then process the goods and proceed with the refund where appropriate. Please note that we cannot refund the postage charges incurred in receiving or returning the goods.

I saw an item that is sold at the theatre but not on the online store, why?

Please be aware that all orders are subject to availability, due to large quantities of stock being allocated with priority to the show venue.
